A: Bundanoon sandstone weighs about 2350 kilos per cubic meter. So let’s put that in perspective. A sandstone pier cap of 500mm square x50mm thick will weigh about 29.4 kilos. That means you must take care when carrying and lifting sandstone. Be sure to practice safe lifting techniques or have others help you when handling sandstone. This is the best way to avoid back or finger injuries which could mar or set back your project.
A: By all means. We will notify you once your order is ready. Then you can pick it up by appointment or simply by calling on us during our Business hours. To help you plan handling of your order in advance, remember sandstone is heavy. You need sufficient manpower and vehicle capabilities to carry then move your load. Use our formula in Question 10 to plan your necessary handling capabilities. Or use our handy delivery service for an easy expert solution.
A: We certainly do. Our trusted transportation partners will deliver your sandstone order by truck using crane or forklift. While transportation expenses will rest with you, we are confident you’ll find this a worthwhile investment. You can get on with your project without worrying about handling or moving hefty sandstone yourself. Simply provide us with delivery address and other details such as your street width, driveway navigation and unloading spot. Our transporters need this information to plan their delivery. And to preserve the integrity of your sandstone during transit. Additional delivery charges will be payable upfront when you settle your final order charges.
A: We will figure it out together. Please be noted that the approved Quotation or the official Tax Invoice will provide a full account of your order, such as selected colour, size and dressing. It is your sole responsibility as customer to review these details for accuracy before paying your deposit. We will manufacture product in strict accordance with the specs outlined in your confirmed order. So we are unable to provide exchange, return or compensation where final product matches the Quotation you have approved or Tax Invoice you have paid against. The same does not apply if your received products do not match your confirmed order. Should this occur we will happily offer a full refund or replacement free of charge.
